A MESSAGE FROM PASTOR TIM
Because of You,
Pastors Are Finding
Renewed Hope
As 2026 enters its final quarter, my heart is overflowing with gratitude as I reflect on all that God has done this year through your faithful prayers and generous support.
Time and again, I have watched pastors and their wives arrive at our conferences exhausted, discouraged, and carrying burdens that few people ever see. Many faithfully pour themselves into the lives of others week after week while quietly struggling themselves. Some come because a friend encouraged them to attend. Others come simply because they know they need help but aren’t sure where to find it.
Yet, as the days unfold and God’s Word is faithfully preached, something beautiful begins to happen. The Lord meets them in powerful and personal ways. The Holy Spirit refreshes weary hearts, restores joy, renews hope, and rekindles their love for Christ and His Church. The weight they carried in often gives way to renewed strength and encouragement. They leave changed, reminded that God sees them, loves them, and has not forgotten them.
I wish you could witness these moments firsthand. I wish you could hear the testimonies, see the tears of joy, and experience the gratitude of pastors and their wives who leave knowing they are not alone. These are some of the most precious moments of my life and ministry.
And I want you to know something important: you are a part of every one of those stories.
Because of your generosity, pastors and their wives receive the encouragement, refreshment, and spiritual renewal they desperately need. Because of your faithful partnership, lives are being strengthened, ministries are being renewed, and churches are being impacted for the glory of God. Every life touched through ICR is a testimony to God’s grace working through people like you.
As we look ahead to ICR 2027, I am filled with excitement and anticipation. God is opening doors for us to minister in new places and serve more pastors and wives than ever before. The opportunities before us are tremendous, and we are trusting the Lord to continue using this ministry to encourage His servants across the country and around the world.
Your Year-End Gift

About Us
The Heart Behind ICR
The International Congress on Revival (ICR) was founded by the late Manley Beasley, whose life and ministry were marked by prayer, faith, and an unwavering burden for revival. Following his passing, leadership of ICR was entrusted to Dr. Bill Stafford, affectionately known as “Wild Bill,” who faithfully carried the vision of revival to churches and leaders around the world.
Today, the International Congress on Revival is led by Pastor Tim Anderson, who serves as the current leader and steward of the vision entrusted to the ministry. Pastor Anderson received the mantle of leadership from Dr. Stafford prior to his passing in 2019 and continues to lead ICR with deep respect for its legacy and a clear burden for revival in the 21st century.
Alongside him, Pastor Tim and Mrs. Sherry remain committed to ICR’s original calling—to call God’s people to prayer, repentance, holiness, and a fresh dependence on the Holy Spirit. While leadership has passed from one generation to the next, the mission remains unchanged: to seek and proclaim genuine revival for our time.

Partnering with us
Partnership In The Gospel.
Your giving helps pastors and their families around the world attend ICR conferences where they find renewal, encouragement, and practical tools for ministry. Every gift moves us closer to equipping leaders in each nation.
ICR Argentina
With over one thousand people attending the weekend services, the ICR Conference in San Francisco, Argentina has become the largest gathering of its kind. Hosted on the campus of Iglesia Nueva Vida, it brings together pastors, ministry leaders, and business professionals from across Argentina and Chile. Beyond the main event, extended four-day meetings are held in Córdoba and surrounding regions. Each year, pastors experience a profound move of God—calling them to biblical revival, renewing their vision, strengthening fellowship, and igniting fresh passion for ministry throughout South America. This conference has proven deeply fulfilling in the past and continues to hold tremendous potential for the future.
ICR Mexico
Querétaro, Mexico is the newest addition to our conference lineup—a breathtaking destination rich in history and culture. It’s the perfect setting to serve pastors while experiencing the beauty and vibrancy of Mexico. We are thrilled to share this incredible venue with you and create unforgettable moments together. Each year, pastors and their wives travel from across the nation to be challenged toward biblical revival, renewed in spirit, encouraged, and equipped for ministry. The atmosphere overflows with heartfelt worship, powerful biblical preaching, and authentic fellowship that strengthens faith and unity. Serving alongside Pastor Alan Alducin is truly a joy and privilege.
ICR Stateside
ICR Stateside Pastor’s Conference will be held on August 13, 2026, at Lindsay Lane Baptist Church in Athens, Alabama. This year’s conference centers on The Nehemiah Principle, focusing on biblical revival and leadership in the 21st century.
Designed for senior pastors, bivocational pastors, and church staff, this one-day gathering provides clear, biblical teaching and practical encouragement for those faithfully serving in ministry. Through focused sessions and fellowship, pastors will be challenged and strengthened to lead with conviction, humility, and a renewed commitment to the work God has called them to.
TESTIMONIES
Letters From Our Pastors
Dear ICR Family,
As the 2026 year comes to an end, I want to express my gratitude to each of you for your unwavering support in helping numerous pastors and their wives remain dedicated to their ministries.
While many attend our conferences solely for the sake of checking off a box or appeasing others, God’s grace has worked wonders. After the conference gained momentum and the Holy Spirit touched their hearts, they were filled with a newfound spirit and a fresh burden for the church and ministry.
Once again, it is because of our Lord and generous individuals like you that these testimonies are possible. As we plan for ICR 2027, I graciously request your assistance in helping more pastors undergo this transformative renewal.
Please consider making a generous year-end donation today or before December 31st, 2026. I would be honored to partner with you as we continue to advance for God’s glory in 2027.
May your hearts be filled with love and Jesus’s love for you.
Blessings,
Pastor Tim Anderson
